We began working with The Baker in 1980 – very soon after they opened their bakery in Milford, NJ. The Baker breads were the brainchild of Greg Adams, a true culinary genius. When we began working with Greg and his mother, Chris, we didn’t even know what organic meant. We soon learned. The Baker was sold in 2005 but the memories of fresh Baker Breads and Rolls remain.
